What We Offer

• Through the Quality Practice and Review Unit, provide internal and external system performance measurement and tracking of indicators

• Assist in preparation for licensing reviews and compliance audits

• Monitor various corrective action plans and report back on outcomes

• Provide a glossary of commonly used terms and acronyms related to quality assurance

• Develop and manage data collection and reporting

• Oversee the Quality Health Management Unit, which includes the cases of children with special health care needs

• Provide access to and information about the Health Information Help Desk

• Assist with special initiatives, including performance based contracting, through the Quality Improvement and Support Unit
