The Quality Practice Review Unit will be reponsible for conducting case reviews on an ongoing basis. These case reviews will be based on qualitative methods and use the CFSR case review instrument. The purpose of such reviews is to understand, describe and assess the case practice and management processes in the agency. Such assessment is used to initiate new programs or redirect resources as necessary.
