The Quality Practice Review Unit is responsible for conducting on-going case record reviews that are used to evaluate the services we deliver and the outcomes achieved. The Unit provides support, guidance and technical assistance in the area of best practice with a distinct goal to achieve continuous quality improvement in the area of casework practice.
