ESPERANT Executive Desktop Support

ESPERANT is now installed on every Social Work Administrator's computer in CYD, plus a few other individual machines. The easiest way to use ESPERANT is via the Executive Desktop. The Executive Desktop was developed to allow the SWA to run pre-defined queries or reports. Queries or reports are represented by icons on the Executive Desktop, giving you quick access to information.

There are currently 27 pre-defined queries on the Executive Desktop. The following table lists each of them

  • The left-hand column has the same text you will see on your computer screen
  • The right-hand column has more descriptive information, explaining what prompts you will need to complete and the content that will be listed in the report being queried.
