The Quality Improvement and Support Unit is a Special Projects/Planning Unit. It serves in an internal and external liaison/cross-systems collaborative role that assists the Department in the overall mission. One function is to work with our MIS staff to build stronger capacity to collective substantive data about the children and families in our system, outline their presenting issues, and chart their progress.
