Programs

Beacons are school-based community centers designed to establish safe havens for community residents.

These programs use out of school time as their point of entry to fill children’s unstructured time with activities that promote health, well being and achievement.
The Support Community Outreach Program (SCOP) provides small grants ($1500-$10,000) to supplement community-based groups in their efforts to provide programs and services to children and youth.
